How Does the Tax Refund Work?
When you shop at Ciancio Gioielli, you’ll receive a pre-filled tax-free form at checkout. Before leaving the European Union, simply present your purchases and the form to customs for an official stamp.
Then, either drop the stamped form at a Tax Refund counter at the airport or mail it using any public mailbox (postage is already included). Your refund will be issued to your bank account, credit card, or in cash depending on the method you choose.

Acquistando da Ciancio Gioielli potrai usufruire di tutti i vantaggi del Tax Refund. Completato lo shopping, ti consegneremo direttamente il modulo per il rimborso (tax-free form) già compilato. Prima di lasciare l’Unione Europea, mostra i tuoi acquisti e il modulo alla dogana per ricevere il timbro ufficiale.
Potrai poi consegnare il modulo timbrato presso uno sportello Tax Refund in aeroporto oppure spedirlo tramite una mail box pubblica (il modulo è già affrancato). Riceverai il rimborso sul tuo conto, sulla tua carta di credito oppure in contanti, in base all’opzione scelta.
